Warranty

Subject to the exclusions contained below, Elitestar warrants its LED lighting bulbs and fixtures (“Products”), which are sold to purchasers for the reasonable and customary purpose(s) for commercial and/or residential lighting users.

Products Covered

The listed products above named in the purchase order will have a warranty of (2) or (3)years from the date of purchase listed in the Purchase Order. This warranty extends only to the first purchaser of the product, and is not transferable. Each light will be referenced to determine the duration of the warranty.

Replacement Policy
We at its option, will, at no charge, repair or replace any products that do not conform to this warranty. Elitestar reserves the rights to inspect and evaluate any returned products to determine the cause of any warranty claim. If it turns out to be that the claim results from an excluded condition and/or act, then Elitestar shall not be obligated to repair and/or replace the product. Upon finding that the warranty claim is covered by this warranty, then the Company, at its sole option, will provide a functionally equivalent reconditioned, and/or a refurbished and/or a pre-owned and/or a new Product for satisfying Company's obligations under warranty.

You will receive instructions on how to ship the Product(s), at your expense, to the Company.To obtain the benefits of this warranty service, you must include:

(a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase;

(b) a written description of the problem;

(c) the name and location of the installation facility (if applicable) and, most importantly;

(d) your address and telephone number.

Noted: 

This warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by acts of God or as a result of any abuse, misuse, abnormal use, or use in violation of any applicable standard, code, and/or instructions for use in installations.
